FAQ's
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently sell/ship within the US only. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $150 via USPS, which usually take 3-5 business days.
For orders under $150 rates are calculated at checkout, and cost varies depending on the destination and service selected.
My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet, what's the deal?
We’ve noticed recently that USPS sometimes marks a package “delivered” before they have actually delivered it. In almost all cases, the package will show up a day or two later. If it doesn’t - we suggest checking with a neighbor or doorman first. You can then call USPS and provide them with your tracking number and file a claim with them at 1 (800) 275-8777 If you need additional help please send us an email at info@laweezjewelry.com
Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?
Returns/Exchanges within 7 days of receipt are accepted with prior authorization. Please read our full return policy before making your purchase.
How long before my order ships?
Most La Weez pieces are Made to Order - meaning they are made just for you after you place the order and that process can take up to 2 – 3 weeks. Please check the individual listing to see the anticipated turn-around time. Sometimes your piece may be in stock and ready to ship and other times your piece could be somewhere in the process of made. If you have a deadline you need your piece by it’s best to email info@laweezjewelry.com prior to placing your order to get a more exact timeline.
How can I track my order?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups.
My brass jewelry is turning my skin green. Why is this happening and what can I do?
Some people have strong reactions to brass especially on the fingers, while others have no reaction at all; everyone's skin is different. If you are susceptible to these reactions, we suggest purchasing sterling silver jewelry.
Where does the name La Weez come from?
Growing up I was kinda embarrassed of my middle name – Louise. Once I finally felt comfortable disclosing this information to my then boyfriend (now husband), he chuckled & said “I love it. I’m going to call you Weezy!” like George & Weezy of the 70’s sitcom The Jeffersons - and the nickname stuck. My line is so personal to me that I decided to give it my nickname (which I now love).
